Rojgar Group is hiring for a Senior Area Sales Executives – GT (General Trade) at a leading FMCG company in Bangalore.
What you will be doing:

  • Manage & drive entire GT sales operations for Bangalore. Assist in MT operations as & when required.
  • Manage, grow & expand GT Business in Bangalore
  • Distribution expansion in the Bangalore GT market
  • Drive Primary & Secondary Sales in GT
  • Manage & resolve operational issues at GT Distributors & retailers..
  • Inventory Planning & Stock management at Distributor Points to ensure a 100% fill rate for retailers..
  • Distributor Claim Management & Processing
  • Team Management – Manage a team of SO/Sales Exec./Merchandisers/Promoters
  • New Business Development
  • Manage, plan & execute Trade promotions/schemes.
  • Sales forecasting & inventory management

Experience and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
  • Must have 6 – 8 years of hardcore FMCG GT sales experience in Bangalore GT Market,
    preferably from Snacking, Biscuits, Confectionery, Beverages, Impulse Category (last 2-3
    years in Territory Sale In charge / Area Sales Executive/Team handling role)Must have
    handled Kerala GT market / well versed with Kerala GT market and SS led Distribution
  • Must have handled the Bangalore GT market / well versed with the Bangalore GT market
  • Commercial acumen – well versed with margin, taxation, FMCG pricing structure,
    debit/credit ledger, etc.
  • Must be well versed with GT operations in terms of Beat/Route Planning, Distributor
    Appointment, Distributor Management, Distribution expansion, Driving team efficiency,
    Stock planning, etc
  • Well-versed in executing BTL activities, Trade schemes, POS material deployment, etc.
  • Must have team management experience
  • Well versed with Excel & PPT, Solution & data focused / orientation
