You’ll build scalable backend systems, work with workflow automation, and gain valuable international experience in Dubai or Bahrain – with full relocation support provided.

What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable backend services using Python and modern frameworks
- Create secure RESTful APIs for web and system integrations
- Build automation workflows using n8n and integrate with third-party systems
- Work with frontend developers and product teams to deliver great solutions
- Make sure applications perform well, stay secure, and can scale
- Join code reviews and help improve our codebase continuously
- Handle deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of backend services
Skills We Need
Must Have:
- 4+ years working with Python backend development
- Strong experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools
- Know how to design and build RESTful APIs
- Comfortable with relational and NoSQL databases
- Good understanding of backend architecture and data handling
- Experience with Git for version control
- Available to join immediately
- Ready to work offshore first, then relocate to Dubai/Bahrain
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Know Docker and basic DevOps practices
- Understand authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- Worked on international or distributed projects before
