We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven academic advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key Inside Sales Executive, managing a substantial volume of daily calls. Your main responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with senior and top management executives, providing detailed information about our wide variety of education programs and ensuring the smooth flow of leads through the various stages of our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Performance Metrics:

Achieve a daily Key Result Area (KRA) of 150 calls with a focus on 85 meaningful conversations and a total talk time of 2 hours 30 minutes.

Lead Pipeline Management:

Build and oversee the lead pipeline for our multidisciplinary education programs, serving MBA senior executives and top management professionals.

customer engagement:

Provide in-depth and tailored information to interested executives inquiring about our comprehensive leadership development programs via phone and email.

CRM Management:

Ensure real-time updates of lead discussions and related details on our advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Collaborative Skills:

Demonstrate the ability to leverage internal relationships within various departments, facilitating the smooth progression of leads through various pipeline stages.

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or similar role, demonstrating track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred.
