Key Responsibilities:
- Sales of Residential apartments with the award-winning Mid income Housing project in
- Ludhiana
- Achieve geographic sales targets by acquiring new customers through multiple channels-
- Direct, Connectors, Brokers, Corporates, HNIs, etc.
- Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers.
- Demonstrating product features to customers.
- Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
- Manage the entire sales life cycle, including prospecting, pitching, offering, negotiation, and
- closing.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring the pipeline is robust and will meet the targets,
- including accurate and timely reporting of the channel and prospects in the pipeline.
- Network within the industry, community, business, and customers to stay current on issues
- impacting customers.
- Reporting and MIS
- Ensuring 360° client engagement – “Total Client Ownership.”
Requirements:
- Location: Preference will be given to candidates based in Ludhiana.
- Education: Graduate with 4 to 6 years of sales experience, preferably in customer or B2B acquisition roles such as banking CASA sales or salary accounts sales.
