Business Development Associate – Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate, you will connect with potential customers and guide them through the product journey. You will work with leads generated through marketing campaigns and help convert them into customers.
You will also work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable skincare products
- Follow up regularly with cold and warm leads
- Explain product features, benefits, offers, and usage clearly
- Maintain daily call records and conversion data using CRM or Excel
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for smooth delivery and support
Required Skills
- Experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Additional regional language knowledge is a plus
- Confident and target-oriented personality
- Ability to explain products clearly and effectively
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or CRM tools
- Good multitasking and problem-solving skills
