Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across departments.
- Plan hiring strategies based on business requirements.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through job portals, consultants, and professional networks.
- Ensure quality hiring within timelines and recruitment budgets.
HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
- Work closely with department heads and leadership teams.
- Support managers in team management and employee development.
- Handle performance discussions and employee concerns effectively.
- Align HR initiatives with business goals.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage onboarding, confirmations, appraisals, and exit processes.
- Ensure smooth HR operations and documentation.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and process improvement strategies.
- Maintain employee records and HR compliance processes.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Organize employee engagement and workplace culture activities.
- Handle grievance management professionally.
- Promote collaboration, employee wellbeing, and positive work culture.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Manage employee performance review cycles.
- Track HR metrics such as attrition, hiring reports, and employee engagement data.
- Prepare HR reports and insights for leadership teams.
Compliance & Team Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Lead and mentor HR team members.
- Support organizational development initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and HRBP functions.
- Experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in D2C, Ecommerce, Healthcare, Wellness, or Startup industry will be an added advantage.
