Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented professional for the role of Customer Support
cum Sales for Trading. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer support
and a passion for the financial markets, particularly trading.
Responsibilities:
- Handle CITI Bank’s customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone,
email, and chat. - Assist customers in setting up trading accounts, understanding trading platforms, and executing
trades. - Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and promoting the
benefits of our trading platform. - Up sell trading products and services to existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new
customers. - Maintain accurate customer records, including interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide suggestions to enhance customers
experience. - Adhere to regulatory guidelines and ensure compliance with trading industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or sales, preferably in the trading or financial
services industry. - Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments, Mutual Funds and trading
platforms.
