Customer Support- Trading

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented professional for the role of Customer Support
cum Sales for Trading. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer support
and a passion for the financial markets, particularly trading.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle CITI Bank’s customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone,
    email, and chat.
  2. Assist customers in setting up trading accounts, understanding trading platforms, and executing
    trades.
  3. Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and promoting the
    benefits of our trading platform.
  5. Up sell trading products and services to existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities.
  6. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings.
  7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new
    customers.
  8. Maintain accurate customer records, including interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide suggestions to enhance customers
    experience.
  10. Adhere to regulatory guidelines and ensure compliance with trading industry regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Previous experience in customer support or sales, preferably in the trading or financial
    services industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments, Mutual Funds and trading
    platforms.
