What You’ll Do: We are on the lookout for self-motivated, eager-to-learn individuals, particularly freshers, to become valuable members of our Customer Coordination team. Your primary responsibility will involve assisting our clients via phone calls and emails. You’ll play a crucial role in managing redemption fulfilment, ensuring clients can easily claim their gifts, and guaranteeing the timely delivery of requested products.
Position Summary
- Handle both inbound and outbound phone calls effectively.
- Furnish customers with the information they need.
- Resolve queries related to gift delivery or any damage during transit.
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database by regularly updating information.
- Create communication scripts for inbound calls.
- Keep the team updated on customer calls and demo sessions on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Graduate in any subject or currently pursuing a degree.
- Freshers are preferred.
- Proficiency in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Excel.
