💼 Experience: 10-12 years
💰 Salary: ₹20-25 LPA (Negotiable)
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data, identifying trends and insights.
• Lead Monthly Information System (MIS) report preparation.
• Conduct variance analysis and create operating profit bridges.
• Provide performance improvement insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Present financial analysis to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and contribute to automated reporting solutions.

Qualifications:
• Qualified CA with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with MIS reporting software.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
