Role Overview:
Rojgar Group is seeking an experienced Credit Control Manager for a key client in Mumbai. In this role, you will oversee the company’s credit control processes, ensure adherence to credit policies, minimize bad debts, and maintain healthy cash flow. Job Title: Credit Control Manager
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Experience: 15-20 years
Salary Range: ₹18,00,000 – ₹25,00,000 per annum
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Collect payments from customers based on submitted bills and track pending payments.
- Submit bills for the payment process and follow up via email, phone, and in-person visits.
- Maintain transaction data in Excel and submit invoices monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly through email and physical visits.
- Monitor and reconcile receivables accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and present reports, meeting monthly collection targets.
- Send reminder calls and make personal visits to ensure timely payments.
- Update follow-up tracker daily and ensure prompt collection of payments.
Key Requirements:
- Strong team management skills, with experience leading a team of 20-25 people.
- Proficiency in data entry, analysis, and automation processes.
- Experience managing a client base of over 2,000.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
