What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs to identify specific performance gaps
and knowledge gaps. - Conduct employee surveys and interviews
- Communicate training needs and online resources
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
- Track and compile collected data
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Test and review created materials
- Maintain a database of all training materials
- Conduct teacher training and onboarding
- Conduct training through new materials for continual professional development
- Review performance by assessment to establish transfer of learning
- Review, audit and generation of trainer certification report
Skills & Qualifications :
- Active listening and interpersonal communication skills
- Creativity, Presentation and agile thinking skills
- Proficient in delivering online and classroom training sessions
- Adaptability and Flexibility to new challenges/ changes
- Proficient in Learning management systems (Canvas, Blackboard, Absorb)
- Digital learning software (Adobe Captivate, Articulate) would be an added advantage
- Demonstrates a high level of proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Experience – 6-8 Years
Languages: Excellent English Communication Mandatory.
Location – Mumbai Based (central line preferred)
Joining – immediate/15 days
